What Do You Want To Be When You Grow Up?
- Here's the enlightening conversation I had with my 3 year old son this morning heading to school.
- Me:
- So, what do you want to be when you grow up?
- King:
- A police dog.
- Me:
- Oh, a police officer? That's really nice. Police officers help a lot of people.
- King:
- No, no, no. A police dog.... like McGruff.
- Me:
- Oh.... um, the dog?
- King:
- Yeah, I want to wear his costume.
- Me:
- That's interesting...
- King:
- Yeah, his eyes don't move, he doesn't talk.
- Me:
- (crickets, crickets) Look, we're at school now!
